Emmanuelle’s father was manipulated to send her to them by an old friend who in truth was no friend at all. What he doesn’t know is that this friend has plans to destroy him through his daughter as revenge for his acts many years ago. Though this enemy is convinced that they will have their chance at revenge they didn’t count on Emmanuelle being the high spirited and strong willed girl that she is.

Emmanuelle knows what is going on and is determined not to let her enemy get a chance to spring the trap that has been set for her. She knows that she is will have to be careful or she might yet get caught. Emmanuelle also has some plans of her own. She will not let anyone get in her way of what she wants and that includes the Queen. Now Emmanuelle is starting to make some more enemies that are pretty powerful and that is going to make things even more difficult for her. Only time will tell who is going to win this battle of wits that is being waged in the royal court.
